Totalled my car @ 7 AM on a Monday driving to work....nice way to start my week!I was in a frenzy and wasn't sure what to do. Called my ex and he immediately said to call Randy's. Randy answered and was so kind to get Donny to Trimble to help tow my car and gave me a ride home to Plattsburg. Wow! Thank you Randy and Donny for making my bad situation bearable. You've got my business always!

Fast and great quality work. Our 3 month old Explorer had a severe door ding in the door. It dented the metal in over a 3 inch area and at one point even exposed bare metal. They had the car 3 days and when we got it back it looked brand new again. Their work lasts as well. I once had some body work done at another shop and 5 years later it started rusting out and cost a ton to fix properly. I know that when Ken Smith fixes it, it will be like new and I won't have it rusting out in a few years.Service: Auto body & trim repair

First time dealing with Ken Smith Autobody the work they done on my truck was excellent. Looks good as new a very honest and respectful business. While my truck was in there shop one of my rims on my truck was damaged by them and they were honest and owned up to the damaged rim. Replacing it with a new rim outstanding business to work with. Highly recommended for any of your Autobody needs!

We had taken our vehicle to Ken Smith after an accident. From the very first phone call we were treated like "family" not just a random customer. They went above and beyond to make sure insurance did not dictate our repair. We have our vehicle back and it's just like new. I cannot say enough good things to make them realize how their customer service and repair to our vehicle was. Thank you!!!

Not interested in your business unless it is an expensive job they can make big money on. Rude guy on the phone wouldn't even give a quote on the work wanted done, just said "yeah we can do it, but not interested." Then just hung up.

Ken Smith Autobody repaired our Edge after a run in with a utility pole. When we got it back, it was the best it had looked since it was new. Outside was buffed and the inside was spotless!Thanks for the great work!

Over the top happy with the work Travis Caw and crew did on my motorcycle helmet. I can not get over the quality! I lost my best pal/fur daughter Courtney after 19 years and I miss her!! I share pets and my love for animals with other animals I meet. I'm not ready for a new furbaby and honestly don't know if I ever will be. Travis brought my helmet to life with the beautiful picture of my girl and even captured the sparkle in her eye. Thank you Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! If you need something painted this is the place to go
