“I was being dumb and brought my phone on a float trip and sealed it in a bag and water seeped through.My phone screen flickered until it wouldn't respond anymore. So I went to T-Mobile and they turned me away and recommended this place. So I went in and found this little kiosk in the middle of the mall and I thought it was a little sketch ngl. The lady was so nice and adamant that she could fix it in an hour. So I prayed to my lord and savior Jesus Christ. Came back a bit earlier just to check and she was almost finished! In the meantime I was asking questions about the phone and she answered them and gave me some good deals on a phone case and a screen protector. So it really was a blessing in disguise. So I just wanna praise God!”

It was a little process switching as we had to get our old carrier on the line to make the switch but Miss Reina was very patient and friendly.A couple days prior I also went in to get a hotspot & I was also very pleased with the service provided by the young lady helping me that day.
