310 Illinois Ave, St JosephI am now a repeat customer!! This is a SELF SERVE service-meaning they do NOT groom your dogs for you! (per other review claimed they groomed the dog and messed it up-not the fact) They provide just about everything you need to get your dog all washed up! If you have a preference on shampoo, you can bring your own. I have never had a long wait. They do have a ramp if you have a bigger dog. I cannot think of one negative thing to say! The owners are amazing wonderful friendly people!! I truly am grateful this place exists because I do not want to take my dogs to a groomer. This place has very affordable pricing for all size dogs. I try to leave a good tip every time. Definitely recommend!!!

20994 State Hwy K, St JosephI have had 7 dogs treated at Twin Pines and everyone of them has been treated with the up most care especially when it comes down to the end of their lifes. I had to put my Yorkie Bentley down just last week and as heart breaking as it was iDr. Laura and staff made my family feel much better with the decision to let him go. They even extended their hours so that my grandchildren and their parents could be there with him. Words can't express gratitude I have for this establishment.

We used to take our pets to another local vet clinic, and while the treatment we received there was good and we had no issues, the environment was very chaotic and included long wait times. We are so glad we switched to Twin Pines. The attention we receive is wonderful, we are immediately shown into an exam room (even if we are early), our vet (Dr. Kristen) remembers us and our pets, and we feel the pricing is very fair. Highly recommend!

Brie especially is communicative with me and is so affectionate towards Oreo. It’s really nice to go in somewhere and be recognized.
