“Okay, Kelly with MFA Oil is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I don’t know what they are paying her, but they should double it. Her kind and friendly attitude is top notch customer service, and I NEVER dreaded calling to ask any question. Furthermore, the technicians who came out to set and subsequently pick up a tank for me were very kind, friendly, and professional. This MFA Office has got it going on, they know how to get and keep customers. I feel like king of the hill for how much I want to promote this office. :)))”

“This place was wonderful. The owner is so nice and she works hard to accommodate everyone. When they didn't have a trailer for my reservation, they found someone who did, and gave me the reservation guarantee without me asking. They swapped out my lights for free when mine were not working. The staff is so great, very competent in getting done whatever you need. No billing run arounds at all. Their storage unit is temp controlled, super clean, with lots of security measures. You can even unload out of the weather in their garage attached to the storage units. I highly recommend this uhaul location!”

“Though my overall experience of contracting with U-haul to move a U-box from St. Joseph to Florida did not go as well as it should have, I wanted to give Andrew at the St. Joseph location a high rating for making the situation right. The respect and consideration he showed me has gone a long way in repairing my opinion of the company as a whole. I will try not to let one bad apple (somewhere in the chain of custody of that box) ruin my view of the entire organization. Thank you Andrew.”
