“Did you know Cherry Mash used to be manufactured here..? The candy is okay, but important to St. Joe lore. Fleshes out the town’s historical personality.Pretty cool building, too. And chill management, they let me slide on a late fee and I’ve only been a customer four months.Anyway, it’s got a legitimate atmosphere this place. Not your ordinary compound of sheds. It’s like the good kind of haunted. Your hoarded trinkets and treasures will feel at home here.”

“Got here at Pony Express 0230am for a 12pm appointment. Figured I would just park, take a break, and then check in at 11am. Called the number on the sign as I pulled in to check in and Kim from 3rd shift immediately gave me a door and had me unloaded in 20 min. I can't remember the name of the guy that actually unloaded me because I'm super tired from driving 10 hours to get here and I have the memory span of a gold fish but they rock. Thanks yall :)”

“I was surprised how easy it was to rent a storage unit and how fast I was able to use it. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very polite and helpful. The unit isn't in the best of shape but my main concern is if it leaks. There are a few patches in the ceiling with water stains and white tape and it sags quite a bit. I swept a good 30ft by 12ft area of the road my unit is on because there was broken glass all over. I hope whoever the disrespectful renters are that made the mess get a flat tire.”

“Storage unit process is Super easy. Absolutely Love the 24/7 access. Actually have units in 2 different states just because of the 24/7 access.The St. Joseph location could di some work on the potholes and pavement tho. I had to creep super slow in thr UHaul van to try to prevent damaging my items on the long drive uphill to row N. At this location everyone enters/exits from the same gate then drives all the way to the bottom of the hill. Then you have to circle the bottom and creep all the way to the top teying not to damage your items in your vehicle. The unit I have in Mississippi has 2 entrances that also double as exits. But they have a sensor for exiting so you dont have to enter your code to leave. This is something else I don't like about this location. Having to enter my code again to leave.Price is right tho and easy to set up to rent.”

“When I arrived and saw the plethora of waiting trucks, I thought I was in for a very long day, but I walked into the receiving door, and I was promptly greeted.The gentleman asked what company I was with, and when I told him, he asked for my pick-up number.I was then told that I was next in line, I backed into the loading dock, got loaded and got my paperwork.I was back on the road less than 1 hour from when I arrived.”
