3729 Gene Field Rd, St Joseph MO 64506
“I recently visited my storage unit on Gene Field Rd that I neglected for many years with the intent of cleaning it out . The manager, Peyton was very kind and helpful suggesting numerous options to help me resolve any obstacle I encountered . She was so helpful and easy to work with which is a rarity in this world today . If I had the power to do so I would give her a raise .”

“Office personnel was amazing to deal with, we had a payment issue on my end and we got resolved within 5 minutes. They got me updated with my Card and gate App. I can’t complain, security has always been nice and tight. I don’t worry one bit. Nice asphalt drives, no gravel to create extra dust within the units, the drives are all layed out so there is no water in the units, no mice problems from my experience. Well maintained piece of property with no homeless laying around or in front of the gates. You get what you pay for folks, you want great customer service and a clean place, this is it. You want a dusty, wet, mice filled units, security issues, you better head on down the road. Thanks Belt Highway Storage!!!”

“The gentleman up front was super friendly, and got us squared away fairly quickly. Online price was different than what we actually paid so the insurance cost clarity would have been great prior to coming in”

“This place was wonderful. The owner is so nice and she works hard to accommodate everyone. When they didn't have a trailer for my reservation, they found someone who did, and gave me the reservation guarantee without me asking. They swapped out my lights for free when mine were not working. The staff is so great, very competent in getting done whatever you need. No billing run arounds at all. Their storage unit is temp controlled, super clean, with lots of security measures. You can even unload out of the weather in their garage attached to the storage units. I highly recommend this uhaul location!”

“Though my overall experience of contracting with U-haul to move a U-box from St. Joseph to Florida did not go as well as it should have, I wanted to give Andrew at the St. Joseph location a high rating for making the situation right. The respect and consideration he showed me has gone a long way in repairing my opinion of the company as a whole. I will try not to let one bad apple (somewhere in the chain of custody of that box) ruin my view of the entire organization. Thank you Andrew.”
