My appointment was for Saturday 1pm but broker told me I can come day earlier they will unload me but I run into most rude people ever after 2 hours holding me they refused to unload me before appointment even after security guard took seal off

My ratecon appointment said 10pm pick up. I got there at 4:30pm and they told me appointment was 7pm and my load wasn't ready yet. At 6:15pm, they gave a door. Before 7:30pm, I was out of there.
