“Got here at Pony Express 0230am for a 12pm appointment. Figured I would just park, take a break, and then check in at 11am. Called the number on the sign as I pulled in to check in and Kim from 3rd shift immediately gave me a door and had me unloaded in 20 min. I can't remember the name of the guy that actually unloaded me because I'm super tired from driving 10 hours to get here and I have the memory span of a gold fish but they rock. Thanks yall :)”

“Great place to load at. Especially 3rd shift . Nice folks very friendly staff. Kim the shift supervisor works with the driver. Receives your info. Let’s you no all you need to do to load and gets you out. Very professional and safety minded. Very fast. Kim and 3rd shift do an outstanding job. Thank you from a driver from Red Gold.”

“My ratecon appointment said 10pm pick up. I got there at 4:30pm and they told me appointment was 7pm and my load wasn't ready yet. At 6:15pm, they gave a door. Before 7:30pm, I was out of there.”

“My review may be a little bias as I am a local and deal with these ppl on a daily basis. Everyone from management down to the ppl working on the docks are easy to work with and get along with. Very good communications, and eager to help out when problems arise. This is a A++ facility as far as cold storages go compared to others I have dealt with in the past.”

“I got here at 5 am. They opened the front door for us to check in at 6:30. Check in was easy and quick. The lady told me there were 2 trucks ahead of me. She said she would call me around 9 or 10 when it was my turn and told me to go to the parking area up the street. (Go north, 2nd light, take a right, parking on the left.) Let's see how this goes.”

“When I arrived and saw the plethora of waiting trucks, I thought I was in for a very long day, but I walked into the receiving door, and I was promptly greeted.The gentleman asked what company I was with, and when I told him, he asked for my pick-up number.I was then told that I was next in line, I backed into the loading dock, got loaded and got my paperwork.I was back on the road less than 1 hour from when I arrived.”
“They open at 7am and close at 3:30pm. My appointment was for 9am and they let me have a door at 7:05am. Lady at the office is very nice. Unloaded in an hour and out at 8am. They have doors 123 in the front and 4567 in the back of the building.”
