“Office personnel was amazing to deal with, we had a payment issue on my end and we got resolved within 5 minutes. They got me updated with my Card and gate App. I can’t complain, security has always been nice and tight. I don’t worry one bit. Nice asphalt drives, no gravel to create extra dust within the units, the drives are all layed out so there is no water in the units, no mice problems from my experience. Well maintained piece of property with no homeless laying around or in front of the gates. You get what you pay for folks, you want great customer service and a clean place, this is it. You want a dusty, wet, mice filled units, security issues, you better head on down the road. Thanks Belt Highway Storage!!!”

“Got here at Pony Express 0230am for a 12pm appointment. Figured I would just park, take a break, and then check in at 11am. Called the number on the sign as I pulled in to check in and Kim from 3rd shift immediately gave me a door and had me unloaded in 20 min. I can't remember the name of the guy that actually unloaded me because I'm super tired from driving 10 hours to get here and I have the memory span of a gold fish but they rock. Thanks yall :)”
“I’ve know a couple of people who have used SORA at this location and I’ve been in side the units etc! They have different sizes of units, easy to get to, it’s granted access only so you have to have a code to go in and to come out! The only down fall is the pavement it’s kinda bad just at the first row!”

I dont know he keeps up with all the work, but the man does it with a smile. Probably wouldn't be renting if it wasn't for Ted the property manager.”

“I was surprised how easy it was to rent a storage unit and how fast I was able to use it. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very polite and helpful. The unit isn't in the best of shape but my main concern is if it leaks. There are a few patches in the ceiling with water stains and white tape and it sags quite a bit. I swept a good 30ft by 12ft area of the road my unit is on because there was broken glass all over. I hope whoever the disrespectful renters are that made the mess get a flat tire.”
