“Great service and timely repair. Went in for a motor light on my wife’s car and they were fast with a diagnostic and repair, with fair pricing. Had great advice on maintaining the vehicle as well. Made an appointment to have my car serviced that day. Would highly recommend!”
“What lovely people! We were driving thru St Joseph and noticed we had a nail in our tire. They got us in and fixed the tire so fast and we were back on the road! We couldn’t be more grateful ? thanks again!”
“Highly recommend this shop.
The folks here are honest, straightforward and competent. I was honestly shocked by the high level of friendliness and compassion here. You can count on JR's to take care of your car properly without any surprises.”

“Big B’s got me up and running with ease. Sole proprietor, but fast and efficient. I took the car in on a Wednesday and got it back Monday by lunch time. Extremely reasonable rates and friendly service. I highly recommend Big B’s and will return!!!”
“Came flying in off the Interstate with a flat...made it to Mark's after a map search and they got us in, tire patched, and on the road in under an hour. Wouldnt even accept a tip. Couldn't be more thankful for there quick service with 3 kiddos in tow.”
“This is my second time using them with vehicles I've gotten from used dealers in town. They always make sure my cars are running great before returning them and work directly with the car lot for payment. This time I had some serious issues and they have gotten every issue fixed in very good time with excellent care!!! One of the very few auto shops in the area I will use with confidence that they actually care about your safety in the vehicle they repair.”

“Dropped my car off end of last week to replace a c-arm/alignment and I also asked if he could do an oil change and inspection while it was there that was not planned before time. He did everything I asked and had it done on Monday! Pricing was significantly cheaper than what I was quoted at another shop. It was also very easy to communicate and he responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend.”
