βAuto Appearance Specialists did a fantastic job on my vehicle @ the St. Joseph location. I needed a full detail on my SUV so I could get it ready to sell. I got one of their interior/exterior packages plus a clay bar treatment. Car looks, feels, and smells new. Customer service was 10/10- they were friendly, professional, responsive, and super chill. βI made an appointment to have the windshield replaced in my 2013. Tahoe and arrived about 15 or 20 minutes before my appointment, they took it on in and had it finished by the time I was supposed to be there. So I'm very happy with the service I got.β
βDropped my car off end of last week to replace a c-arm/alignment and I also asked if he could do an oil change and inspection while it was there that was not planned before time. He did everything I asked and had it done on Monday! Pricing was significantly cheaper than what I was quoted at another shop. It was also very easy to communicate and he responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend.β

βService was great. Brought my wheel in off my vtx 1800 for a new tire. Dropped off with Chris around 9 and they called by noon to say it was done. He gave me some trouble shooting tips on my bike based on the wear of the old tire. Great service and great price on the tire change. Called a few times before with questions and the woman in service was very helpful and friendly also. Awesome place and I will definitely be back.β

βWe were traveling from Yellowstone and I ran over something and got a flat on I 29 25 miles from St. Joseph, Mo. We put on the donut and drove to Todd's Tire. They were great, friendly, and took care of everything and very reasonably. They are great and I highly recommend them to anyone. I wish they were in Indiana where we live!β

βJust to be transparent, I havenβt had any work done here yet. But I came in for 2 tires that a different place said Iβd need, and these guys were honest and told me that my tires are in fine shape. So I will definitely come here when I do need work done because I value the integrity. They easily couldβve taken my money, itβs so rare and refreshing to find this kind of honesty.β

βQuestion repair specialist picked up my truck, and then it rolled off of their tow truck at the Domino's Pizza parking lot. Now they were going to repair my truck, but now they're backing out saying that it was a hook problem. I don't know what that means, but at anyway, turn their down's charging with storage when they damage my truck, they're willing and ordered parts for my trucks, stating that they would fix it, which means that it was visible, and they didn't even deliver it to the place that they picked it up and was supposed to deliver to they put it. On their lot now, it's charging storage fees. This is not the same owners of the company. This person's company just bought it from the other company. So at any rate, watch back, AAA is also investigating them. And I'm waiting for my insurance claim. And inspector whoever does it to let me know what's going on, but beware, don't use closure, repair specialties because they don't honor there Toast service and I don't think they have enough insurance for aaa to back the hopβ
βHad a truck go down while we on vacation and we needed to get home for school. The owner had my truck in and diagnosed within a couple hours. Richard their tech made suggestions and got parts overnighted. Truck was there less 24 hours. Thanks for getting us home safe guys.β

βThe buying process went smooth and I was able to get the truck delivered to my house the following day due to needing to leave prior to it being detailed the night I bought it. Yeison was great to work with unlike sales people I have worked with at other dealerships. Oscar was also great to work with and made the finance process fast so I could get to my other appointment. I will be a repeat customer the next time I am ready to trade.β

βRay is very easy to work with and has a great sense of humor. He's honest and won't do anything to fix the car until he talks to you.
