Bank lobby was closed due to staffing shortage, when we went to the drive through, the teller was incredibly rude. If management is reading this, it was 12/22 at 2pm.

Very poor service. Not customer friendly at all. I would highly recommend going to another bank besides US bank!!

Management very rude and unprofessional and will just stand and watch the tellers work. Never offer to help them just stand there. At least look like your working while the tellers get busy.
