“Got here at Pony Express 0230am for a 12pm appointment. Figured I would just park, take a break, and then check in at 11am. Called the number on the sign as I pulled in to check in and Kim from 3rd shift immediately gave me a door and had me unloaded in 20 min. I can't remember the name of the guy that actually unloaded me because I'm super tired from driving 10 hours to get here and I have the memory span of a gold fish but they rock. Thanks yall :)”

“My ratecon appointment said 10pm pick up. I got there at 4:30pm and they told me appointment was 7pm and my load wasn't ready yet. At 6:15pm, they gave a door. Before 7:30pm, I was out of there.”
“I got here at 5 am. They opened the front door for us to check in at 6:30. Check in was easy and quick. The lady told me there were 2 trucks ahead of me. She said she would call me around 9 or 10 when it was my turn and told me to go to the parking area up the street. (Go north, 2nd light, take a right, parking on the left.) Let's see how this goes.”

“Just picked up from here for the first time and it was great. Office staff was very nice. Was scheduled for 2300 pick-up but got in at 1830. They actually seemed a little apologetic that the load wasn't fully prepped yet. Backed into a dock and was out of there in about two hours. Not bad for being four and a half hours early. I was parked for the night before I was even scheduled to arrive.”
