Downloaded the 7-Eleven app and used it to pay. Cashier was very rude telling me I can't use it at the store. Confirmed through 7-Eleven customer support that the store does participate with the mobile app check out and it is okay to use. Again extremely rude employee and horrible experience at the store.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I don’t like going to places where all the cashier does is talk on the phone and ignore the customers completely.
