“I can't recommend Schneider TV and Fred enough! From start to finish, Fred was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He was straightforward, honest, and took the time to explain everything without any pressure or confusion. It's hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers, and Schneider TV is one of them. If you're looking for any TV installation, repair, or home entertainment help, this is the company to call. Excellent service, great communication, and an all-around outstanding experience. Highly recommend!”

“I agree with the review from Gemini and can attest to the fact that this location is the best in St. Louis! The entire staff is professional and very hard workers. They will get the job done when they say it is going to be done. The manager is polite, kind and very clear about what to expect when you rent from them. He explains clearly options and takes the time to welcome you to Rent One. They really need to be acknowledged for ALWAYS doing a great job. if I could give them a 10 I would. The store is in perfect condition and the items are definitely in great shape. I love this store and how Mr. Hinton , the store manager is running it. There's also Ms. Chevet who is always very pleasant and is very professional. Kudos to this entire team. Please acknowledge this store as the BEST in St. Louis!! Ms.E. McCrary..... I am looking forward to doing more business with this store! t Thank you! Oooops, and I definitely cannot leave out the 2 delivery guys who made it happen!! “Purchased Frame TV and misc. audio components from Creative. Working with Kevin to ID and clarify needs was tremendous, he was very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions and concerns along the way. Adam and Austin performed the Frame TV install and it was clear that had extensive experience in the process. The were communicative and diligent throughout the process resulting in a beautiful install and clean area after. Recently moved to STL from DFW and will definitely use Creative for any future AV and automation needs we may have in the future.”

The other employees that were in store did not help her out even after she ask for their help. I can say is more power to that positive lady. Very impressive how calmly she was even after crew ignoring her. 👏 She demonstrated great leadership skills. Very rare to see in these times. Keep that positive energy Marina.”

“Ray and Chris are great to work with. I've been trying to find a reliable electronics technician and I'm happy to say I found him. Ray assured me that his technician Chris would have no problem fixing my vintage receivers and invited me to bring as many as I wanted for them to repair unlike other shops that wanted me to bring 1 at a time due to shop space. Chris had my Kenwood KR 6600 and my Sansui G5500 repaired and working great in 3 weeks time and at a VERY VERY reasonable price! As my collection grows I will be taking all of my stuff to them exclusively. There are shops closer to me but I'll continue to drive 2 hours round trip because they are worth it! These are NOT hobbyists. Ray and Chris have been doing electronics their entire adult lives and the quality of work shows their expertise. If you have vintage electronics you need repaired or a theater room to fill with the latest and greatest sound system you owe it to yourself to talk to Ray. He has theater rooms set up and the sound is immersive. I can't say enough good things about these two but don't take my word for it, find out for yourself!”

Sangeetha one of the agents really worked hard troubleshooting even replaced the sim but it didn't work, long story short I needed a new phone ?. Rose another agent, then worked tirelessly switching phone's codes etc finally after diligently working she got it all done. Both of these Ladies were so nice and professional and I also got some goodies to take with me. So shout to them for being an Amazing staff”
