The staff at this Eleven are rude and don’t know the meaning of customer service. I’ve been treated rude and I watched other people being mistreated by the staff. I doubt that they will care about any complaints or bad reviews because they are located in an area that is very convenient for the people that live in the surrounding neighborhood. But I will be inconvenienced and spend my money elsewhere.

Got the boneless chicken and found a staple in one, went back in. Guy at the counter tried switching it out, however while in the process he put the chicken with the staple ontop a slice of pizza. After seeing that, I just wanted a refund. Denied me a refund and gave me the same stick with a missing piece of chicken. I exclaimed, I'm missing a piece of boneless. Definitely going to my bank for a refund. No sense of health cleanliness in there. Not going back

Old man in store is very rude and seems like he doesn’t want to work here and mess with everyone.

They don’t give respect to the customer
Old guy he answered me very rudely
He wants to smoke outside rather than of taking customers
If we ask for anything he simply says we don’t have them leave
And he goes for smoke

I had really terrible experience every time.They dont accept cash to load in our credit cards.They never give good customer service and they just give rude replies.The old man who works over there he doesnt care about the customer service.Never recommend this store to anyone.I will try to report this store 7 eleven support team.If anyone faces these things just like me you can report this store to 7 eleven support team

The staff is so rude ,
I went to pay the credit card bill one guy told me we don’t take it on Saturday and Sunday . So I went there Monday then that guy said come in between 1 pm to 3 pm . When I went there at 2 they said they are not taking the bill payments .
Seven - eleven 7-11 supposed to be a convenience store .
Especially this franchise is / was an inconvenience store . Hope we get a new management here .
I would like to give a negative rating if I could .

This place charged me an ATM fee of $2.50 for a $32 debit card merchandise purchase and made no mention about it prior to ringing me up. Never again.

Employees are very rude and racist . I am a regular shopper with this store and they continue to do people of color VERY WRONG . The cashiers always have an attitude . There is only one cashier there that is nice that works morning and off on Sundays , all of the rest are rude , they discriminate and they do not try to give receipts back ! I’ve caught them multiple times scanning more than one item and not trying to give receipt . They rush you while shopping overall I’m so fed up with this store and the way I see them treat blacks . It’s 2024 , you would think all the discrimination would be over with . This store needs to get a grip and treat their customers better!
