“I’ve lived here a while now and Karen Lamar in the leasing office is always ready to help. When I’m not able to get my package from the main office before they close she has been kind enough to help me out and put it outside for me. She is also very knowledgable and has answered my many questions about my lease.”
“Unfortunately I had an incident at my residence recently. I was referred to OCW by my insurance company Progressive to lease here until my home is finished being rebuilt. I've been helped by a lovely person name Alicia Vizenor. During this application process she has been very helpful. She hasn't missed explaining one thing to me. Mrs.Vizenor has made communicating with my insurance company easy as well. Definitely has a 5 star staff for sure.”
“The Verve is such a great space for student living during college. The spaces we are given on top of the exception level of details in the apartments makes living near campus so much better. The study space, patio, and many free giveaways make this place the best. Who knows you may also win a 50 dollar gift card if you live here like me!”

“Proud resident for 5 years! One of the best downtown high-rise locations for views and modern apartment living! Plus it’s pretty sweet to only have to pay 1 bill per month due to rent and utilities all being rolled in one. This was my first experience living on my own so I think it’s the perfect place for people of all ages because of the great security staff on site 24/7 (shout out to Lily)! I appreciate all the great staff over the years of living here, and it’s hands down one of the best buildings when it comes to amenities like a full gym, study and kitchen areas, and resort-like rooftop pool! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!”
“This is a great place to live! The units are very nice and even have in-unit laundry. I enjoy the furnished lobby with Wifi, the 24-hr workout room, and the courtyard with outdoor seating. There is even a guest room that you can rent for visitors. Repair requests are fulfilled within one business day. The employees are very friendly and helpful, as are the neighbors.”
“I am a current student at WashU and have lived at the Landing for the past year and absolutely love the property! The management staff and maintenance team are very attentive and friendly and really work with you to fix any issues you have and made the move in process very smooth. They've recently upgraded the amenities such as the clubhouse, pool, and gym which are some of my favorites parts of the building and why I choose to live here as a WashU student despite being further from the university. The apartments are very spacious and well maintained. Overall, I really recommend living at the Landing, especially if you are a current student!”

Maddie has been there for years and we all love her and the recent change in management has been a nice change from the prior company.”
“I came in to tour a 2 bedroom with Greg a while ago. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the property. Although I’m looking to move next year around March, Greg explained the application process and requirements. I was so impressed with the amenities from the roof top pool, to the gym. Greg was patient and answered all of my questions, which made me feel so comfortable. I look forward to being a future resident!

“The Icon is an apartment complex that is amazing for college students living around the area. I personally have had wonderful interactions with the management. The icon management are very accommodating, kind hearted, and actually listen to any issues you may have while living there. On top of all of that, they are very affordable in the midtown area, especially for college students. I would highly recommend leasing for the icon and consider all they have to offer!”

“I lived here for nearly 2 years and absolutely loved it. It's a quiet apartment complex with high-end appliances and that luxury feel in probably the best street in STL. The amenities including gym and common area were never too crowded and well-maintained. I found myself appreciating how it wasn't too loud in the apartment complex on the weekends unlike some of the other luxury apartments in the area. The management staff has changed considerably since I've been a resident but they have always been very kind, helpful and accommodating, and maintenance requests were always performed seamlessly. Thank you Euclid for such a wonderful experience! If I didn't need to move out of state, I would still be living there.”

His clear knowledge & experience coupled with his kind & friendly nature make the process so easy. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to live here if he decided to go anywhere else. “Tyler (the property manager) and Taylor have consistently demonstrated kindness in their interactions with me. They never fail to greet me with a smile when I walk in the door. If I have any concerns, they always have prioritized finding a solution. Although the apartment walls are not entirely soundproof, both Tyler and Taylor have been proactive in their efforts to enforce quiet hours and resolve any noise-related issues. Additionally, the amenities here are top-notch and the apartment complex is always being updated to ensure a comfortable living experience.”

“I enjoyed living at Vanguard Heights for 4 years until a recent relocation and would have stayed longer if I could. Management was always friendly, and maintenance was quick to take care of any issues.”
“Nice apartments, exactly what you would expect, nothing too fancy but very clean. When I first moved in my apartment had brand new carpet. The only issue was a broken dishwasher which was replaced in about a week. Erin the building manager and Robert in charge of maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The building has an onsite parking garage for an additional fee and an uncovered lot that's always full. Some apartments have a balcony. Street parking near the building isn't terrible.Edit: After living here for about a year I decided to take off a star for a few reasons. We have had some issues with packages going missing and management has not really done anything to address these issues. I recently had some issues getting in touch with Erin which was a bit frustrating, and I am fortunate the issue I needed information about was not more serious. My understanding is that either the building or the company that owns the building was purchased and the building is under 'new management', though I suspect this may just be a name change/restructuring to make tracing any legal issues more difficult. There is a unit for sale in the building, and the listing indicates that owners pay an HOA fee of $350 per month (which I am assuming is built into most renters' monthly rent). Even though that HOA probably includes the water bill, since individual units are not metered, that is far too high for this building, as the only communal 'amenities' this covers is the somewhat unreliable elevator. I plan to keep living here for the time being, as I have yet to encounter any 'deal breakers'. The rent is fair given the location, but as I said before this place is nothing fancy.”

“I have been living at Midtown 300 since May 2022, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The location is incredibly convenient, as it is situated close to my school, making my daily commute both quick and easy.
One of the standout features of this apartment complex is the management team Michelle and Toni. They are exceptionally friendly and always approachable, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, ensuring that any issues are resolved swiftly, which adds to the overall comfort of living here.
The amenities offered are also impressive. The outside parking is free, which is a significant plus. The gym is well-equipped and a great place to stay active without having to leave the premises. Laundry room is generally very convenient, though it can be a bit frustrating when some washers are out of order. However, this is a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.
Overall, these apartments are very conducive and strategically located, particularly for students. The combination of excellent management, convenient amenities, and a great location makes it a fantastic place to live. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive living environment close SLU.”
“Great Location. Great views!!!! I call it my lil beachfront Suite with the sunset views (just without the beach ? lol). Lots of shops and restaurants(CWE). If there’s an issue maintenance is right on it. Manager is great ?? he responds very quickly as well. The best part My favorite Artist happens to be Leonardo da Vinci ?”

This community misses being treated with respect and dignity as Gateway Towers/Gateway at City Park/ Blue Magma/ The Park at Bristol (or whatever the new owner is calling themselves this week)doesn't have this factored into their business model.”

“I leased a studio loft off park ave from 2018-2023. My mom introduced me she stayed in a diff building on the same street through frontdoor. Had the best experience. My 5-6 years living there i had zero issues. building was secured, locked, security cameras on inside and outside of building. never had my car broken into, stolen, never had a issue with maintenance or the leasing office. my neighbors were quiet and kind. i would love the opportunity to move back. the price of the studio was getting a lil heavy so i decided to move. overall i would def go back.”
