Jacqueline was extremely helpful and compassionate. We made the mistake of using Booking.com, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to obtain a suitable vehicle for a reasonable price, despite the fact that Booking.com gave us completely false information that could have completely derailed our plans.
