While staff are always nice and help resolve problems, the vehicles can show signs of wear from previous renters.

Needed a car for work ASAP, and Avis was able to provide me with a really nice vehicle immediately. Plus,I couldn't believe the price! Service was fast and the service rep was very friendly. I will definitely return if I ever need a rental agian.
