Returned a suburban with a full tank of gas. Literally stopped on the way there for a tank of gas. They checked the mileage and gas when we returned it and said nothing about the gas level. Later looked at our receipt and see they said we returned it with only 6 gallons and charged us. No one will answer the phone to discuss. Attached a pic of our receipt from the day we returned the Avis rental. Filled it up with 22 gallons. Avis Charged us $9.99 gallons saying it was short 22 gallons. Hard to be short when we just put in 22 gallon of a 28 gallon tank.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this location and would not recommend it to others. The front desk staff, particularly one individual, was unprofessional and dismissive in handling customer concerns.
I leased a car for a month and encountered multiple maintenance issues. Despite visiting several locations, I was repeatedly told that I could only exchange the car at the original rental branch. I visited this location five times, and while staff took my contact information each time, no one followed up or provided assistance.
On the 27th or 28th day of my lease, I experienced a flat tire and spent 45 minutes replacing it with the spare. When I brought the car back to request a replacement, I was denied—despite the fact that they had multiple vehicles available. Even a smaller replacement vehicle was not offered. The dismissive attitude and lack of customer service were unacceptable.
Due to this poor experience, I returned the car early, despite having two days or three days left on my lease. Based on the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist customers, I would strongly advise against renting from this location.

I will NEVER rent a car from this location again. Rented a car that was filthy inside and all scraped and banged up. I should have known something was off because he did not come out to do the walk around with me, didn't come out to check the gas, mileage, nothing.... Just said go look at it and gave me the keys. Returned the car after a road trip THE SAME WAY I RENTED IT, just as filthy as when I received it and was later charged a $125 cleaning fee AFTER I spoke with the manager of the location, Nick, who promised me that this was a mistake and I would not be charged. He knew he rented me a dirty vehicle, he was the one who actually rented it to me. So now I am told that I have to dispute the charges through my cc company to be refunded. To add insult to injury, Justin (who apparently was relaying messages from Nick because he couldn't call me back because he was just SOOOO busy), that this vehicle was "returned to and cleaned by a different location"..... HOW when I returned it to the same place I rented from. They play too many games just to try to get a few extra dollars and it's not even worth it. I could see if I had actually done this, I would have no problem paying the fee but you are not going to do this to me when you KNOW you rented me this vehicle dirty. I will not stop until I receive my $125 back!!! DONT RENT FROM HERE. Trust me, just go somewhere else. The one on Lindberg is the best, never any problems out of this location. But this Manchester location, is making Avis look really bad. They will probably be better off being shut down.

Needed a car for work ASAP, and Avis was able to provide me with a really nice vehicle immediately. Plus,I couldn't believe the price! Service was fast and the service rep was very friendly. I will definitely return if I ever need a rental agian.

This was absolutely the best rental car place I have ever worked with. We had a change in our travel plans and the owner of this location (Nick) was amazing to help us accommodate our change. I will always rent from this location going forward.

I normally get my rentals from this location and never had a problem until now. When i receive the car there was not any gas in the car. I called the store i got the rental from, they did not answer which directed me to the 1800 number. I spoke with a rep who explained once i returned the rental, i would not have to fuel the car and just return it with no charges added. I requested the rep to please add this information on my file. I have now returned it and got charged for gas. I tried to explain this to Clayton (I believe that was his name at the store, not the usual guy that is there when i get rentals), he did not want to hear what i had to say and just stated “don’t worry, i got it” after i only said something about the gas in the car. I called the store after i received my receipt via email, no answer, directed me again to the 1800 number. The rep who answered hung up in my face and did not want to hear what i had to say. I called again, the next rep was pleasant but he put me back in queue to speak with another rep instead of handling this problem. At this point i am very upset. The next rep did the exact same thing after asking for a supervisor. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend. Not only am i getting charged extra fees but i have representatives hanging up in my face, not wanting to listen to me or putting me back into queue for another rep to answer instead of a supervisor as requested. Finally got ahold of a supervisor and he removed the fees and gave a free upgrade on my next rental. Again, this is very frustrating to have to deal with this after the rental cost me an arm and a leg.
