About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental in Saint Louis is known for its strong customer loyalty and professional service. The Tesson Ferry location stands out due to staff members like Luke and Laurie, who are praised for their professionalism and helpfulness. Customers frequently highlight Luke's exceptional customer service, noting how he simplifies the check-in process and ensures a smooth experience, even in challenging situations. Many recommend this location for its decent rental prices and clean vehicles. However, there are concerns regarding the South County location, where some customers reported a lack of professionalism and poor treatment from a manager. Issues included disputes over gas charges, which were resolved through the assistance of customer service. While the Tesson Ferry location receives high marks for service, the South County branch has been criticized for its attitude and management. It was a good experience, for the most part. They had to wash and clean our car before departure. So I can appreciate that, even though it required us to wait a few more minutes.
