We picked up a car today. My husband called me and told me it was filthy. Since we were in a hurry, I told him we’d deal with it. After a LOT of wet wipes i was comfortable enough to start our road trip. So gross.$168 (taxes incl) for a day rental with different drop off. Owen The transportation driver blew me away with his kindness. He's such a thoughtful man. I'm grateful that customer service like this still exists somewhere in the world. Thank you Owen for helping this traveler from California!
