About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental offers a mixed customer experience. While some customers report friendly staff and a smooth rental process, others faced challenges with availability of reserved vehicles and had to be assisted in obtaining refunds. The business is praised for its customer service, with one customer highlighting the exceptional kindness and thoughtfulness of the transportation driver. Overall, the reviews suggest a variable quality of service, with the potential for a positive experience when the right staff is available to assist customers.
