We wanted to pick out a bear for the gender reveal for our baby. The employees were so accommodating and excited to help! We chose a boy outfit and a girl outfit and had the cashier look at the results. She had us step outside to dress the bear in the corresponding outfit and made sure we weren't able to see which outfit she rang up. Amazing service! Also, it's a boy!!

We came in to create a bear that would help us in the grieving process after our miscarriage and the staff there was very understanding, supportive, and caring. We picked out a bear, and waited in line to have it stuffed. The lady assisting us allowed us to pick two regular hearts to place inside the bear, one for my girlfriend and one for me, and went through the whole process of bringing that heart to life with us both crying the whole time. They even teared up and cried with us saying that this store was a safe space for that.
I just really appreciate that very caring gesture and the staff there really deserve all of the praise that can be given. Thank you from the bottom of both of our hearts!

Louise, Diana and the young lady who stuffed the bear did an awesome job helping me pick out the bears, attire and accessories. Great customer service! Ask for Louis she goes above and beyond!

My experience was amazing nice customer service but all teddy bears on the floor like seriously I got my kid her teddy and we added a voice and left she loved it so much I love the staff named Kassidy.She was very kind

For you history lovers, this is home to the FIRST Build-A-Bear! Created by Maxine Clark in 1997 ? Great company to work for (former employee here) and love the customization features.

I went to this location to give myself a little pick-me-up. It was a good experience with making my bear, picking out a sound, and getting it clothes. I unexpectedly started to have a panic attack in the store. Paris and I believe Kyle were both there to help me. They brought me a chair, some water, and talked me through everything. This was not apart of their job description and went above and beyond to help me. I even had to call the store to get help with why my pumpkin bear wasn’t glowing, and Paris was able to walk me through that as well. Overall my experience with this location and its staff was again, above and beyond. And thank you again Paris and Kyle for helping me though a very difficult moment.

It's funny because my daughter is 20 years old now but she still wants to go in and look at all the stuffed animals. We had no intention of getting anything but there are so many things that she thought were cute and would have been nice to have a reason to buy.

The sales person was very nice. She interacted with the children well and even though it was slightly busy, she was able to give attention to her customers.

Such a fun experience! I took my girlfriend here after she had a bad day and the employees were so helpful, enthusiastic, and all around wonderful. They clearly knew their stuff and had a great rapport with the kids and adults alike. :) We came away with a cute little lizard and had a lovely time. Thanks to the kind folks working there!
