Gambit Fitness is the home of CrossFit Gambit, offering group classes, private coaching, personalized programs, and nutrition coaching. It is an incredible gym with an excellent, supportive, and welcoming community. The environment is inclusive for everyone, from those new to CrossFit to Games athletes, and all fitness levels are welcomed and celebrated. The huge facility is an incredible, open, bright, and clean space with well-kept, high-quality equipment. The coaching is excellent and great, with coaches who are huge supporters and make everyone feel at home. The gym hosts several events throughout the year including fitness competitions, nutrition challenges, ruck events, and various fundraisers. It is a highly recommended, must-see place and the perfect environment to embark on a fitness journey.

When I moved to St. Louis, I did a grand tour of every CrossFit gym in the area. Gambit won my heart. The coaches and community are excellent, the space and equipment are well kept, and everyone is very inclusive and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym
