    The new check in system at the pharmacy counter is a hinderance.
    Not sure if there's a shortage of pharmacists or a new state law for prescription pick up but I preferred the previous process where a pharmacist would ask your name and DOB.

    Sounds silly but stuff like that goes a long way.

    The team here is always kind to me, and always try their hardest to help me out.
