The pharmicist is always pretty friendly and helpful. The desk staff can sometimes be unfriendly. However, I have had a prescription needing to be filled for 2 weeks, and am leaving for a month and still not filled. It's a huge PITA to try and talk to someone in person. The app is woefully buggy. As I travel on occassion, I do NOT want my prescriptions autofilled, and I have to fight with them ALL THE TIME to NOT auto-fill my prescriptions!!! It's ridiculous!!

Slow, rude and my scripts are never filled by arrival. Constantly short staffed is their excuse besides already cutting back hours. I will be changing pharmacies.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with today I have called two different times I been on hold for 30mins each time this is ridiculous I’m going to change where I send my prescription to somewhere else this makes no sense at all

I have no complaints about the staff. They are working the best they can in a very limited outdated space. The drive thru is closed. This store cannot meet the demands of the influx of customers that came with the closing of the CVS Store.The company itself is failing its customers and its staff. It isn’t worth the one star I have to give just to post a review.Walgreens is looking lots better these days

CVS corporate shut down the stand alone main store to save some pennies located at Brown rd and St Charles Rock Rd 63114.Transferred everyone to a teeny tiny pharmacy inside schnucks. The smaller location is unable to handle the volume. The employees are overwhelmed. Last time I was there line was 10-12 people long reaching so far back that it interrupted the check out line at the grocery store.I tried calling in, waited on hold for 30 minutes and gave up. Not enough capacity at the store to handle customers and phone calls. CVS worker told me its like that every day.CVS CORPORATE ----- TIME TO REOPEN THE STORE!!!!

Benjamin the pharmacist is wonderful! You can tell he enjoys his job and works hard to take care of his patient’s medication needs. I won’t use any other pharmacy for my family.
