WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!
Do not use the website to store delivery......bad communication, no communication, no one minding the store so the customer is left to fend for themselves.

i got some pants for christmas from a family member. they told him that i can come back for $10 so that they can fit the legs of the pants on me since the pants size fits me, but the legs are too long. i tried doing that and they refused without question or anything. for how much he paid for the pants, he was deceived. why tell him that if that isn’t true? waste of my time. do better.

Some of the best customer service I’ve come across! Both Tim in suits and Mo in men’s shoes are incredibly helpful employees who really take the time to ensure you’ll be happy with your purchase. I can’t speak for the women’s sections, but for getting dress clothes as a man, I strongly recommend coming here.

I never write reviews, but I had the best experience here today! We were in a rush to find some slack pants that I had to color match for my boyfriend. As soon as we walked in a really pleasant woman greeted us and pointed us to the men’s formal department.
I was digging through pairs of pants trying to find the right shade of gray when Tim came to assist us. He knew exactly the right match and helped with the fit. Saved us so much time and we really appreciated the help!
