Dillard's still looked like a nice department store! Clean and in order, plenty of everything, in every department. Hope it doesn't fall like Macy's is about to!

I needed a sport coat and was only able to get service at Dillard's. The other stores either did not have what I was looking for or I couldn't find anyone to help. Dillard's was very friendly, took time to help me find what I was looking for. I felt like I was the most important person to them. Great service!
