“My friend and I had the pleasure of meeting and consulting with the knowledgeable and kind Ms Claudia, a stellar representative of Clinique Cosmetics at the Macy’s West County Mall location in Creve Coeur MO.
She was immediately engaging with her friendly greeting. I was impressed with her willingness to listen to my concerns and questions, gathering information on her new client’s needs and working to address these, rather than launching into any high pressure sales script.
Ms. Claudia has a greatly appreciated talent for color analysis and helped me and my friend select products that perfectly blended with our skin tones.

“I enjoy this place. Ive been there 2 times. Yesterday I browsed for a good hour because there are many different items, from specific eras to look at.
I brought my casserole bottom dish to see if they had a lid to match it. They were friendly and had no problem checking their inventory for one. I found a pyrex dish I liked on sale. So many great things about this place.
I think the prices here are reasonable compared to the 5 antique malls, within the 40 mile radius, and ebay. I will definitely stop by again.”

“Marshalls in my home town was a weekly thing. I've not found a Marshalls yet that had the same feeling.
This if my favorite Marshalls in the St.Louis area by far. Great location and very good assortment of items. Prices were great and the few staff I interacted with were very friendly. My cashier was very kind and worked quickly. I can not wait to go again.”

“JAMES made the trip worth while! After losing my family member in the store the first time (Those motorized carts were super charged that day) I asked multiple associates where the tooth brushes were and literally everyone gave the most vague and wrong answers! Literally so annoying when I'm just just trying to figure out where the toothbrushes are and no one knows! Then I saw JAMES looking like he actually wanted to help! I got his attention and he walked me over to the toothbrushes and I found my family member! Of course the toothbrushes were locked up so he helped us get one she liked out the case and went about his work. I told my family member that I would be waiting outside for her and ended up losing her again haha! And what you do you know ... there was JAMES again willing to help me find her. If it weren't for him this trip would have turned into a disaster seriously. All of the associates and I literally mean ALL of them could learn how some customer service skills from him! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!”

“It's been a while since I visited this Family Dollar Store. On the afternoon of Sunday, January 28, 2024, I encountered Christine, the friendly employee at the front, along with two other co-workers who were equally pleasant. They were diligently working to organize the store, and it's evident that they've made significant improvements since my last visit during the COVID outbreak. Despite hearing some negative comments about this location, I believe the team is putting in a commendable effort to enhance the store. Conveniently located just a minute away from my home, I plan to return. The store offers great bargains, particularly on pet toys.”

“The store was clean and organized. Everything was pulled out where I could reach out. Employee in electronics was so polite balancing customers and explaining things to an older couple that had so many questions. My only complaint is that several items only had one left, I have a bigger family and often need to buy multiple packages to have enough to go around.”
“Bought a perfect belt, and still have clothes on the cheap I can whip up a nice outfit with. Always like the novelties and gift ideas. Just a short walk to get essentials if the weather is crap or you just don't generally want to go far to get them. The last month I got cat food, headphones, batteries, holiday cards + decorations an easy peasy Xmas tree. It worked out, didn't need to drive.”

“Dillard's is actually a pretty cool place to shop (guy pov) I got my beddings from here (absolutely loved the products, and how easy the workers made it for me to chose). Today I got a few bottles of cologne and the lady was super nice, helpful, and really engaging. I almost want to come work here it's so cool. I also bought Casio watches for me and my nephews a month ago.”
