Family Dollar is a store with good customer service and great workers in a friendly environment. Customers typically get treated nice and get service quickly. Employees are helpful, such as with carrying heavy items out because the carts do not go outside. The store watches from the front and from the camera as they should, without following people in a threatening manner. However, the store does not always have what customers need and is not the best on appearance. Recently, there has been no option to get a receipt at any register. Sometimes there is only one employee working the register with a long line, as other employees do not open a second register to help. While some people coming in might be rude, many appreciate the helpful service despite the inconveniences.

Despite of alot of them closing in more of the in the so called Black communities I always get treated nice and get service quickly don't always have what I need not the best on appearance but Great workers in a friendly environment now the people coming in might be rude . I haven't had any problems
