What is the point of an atm if it never is able to accept cash. Have had this problem multiple times a week since you brought in the new machine. Bring the old one back please

I've had this bank for years and it's been great. The online app is easy to use and I can see my balance and transaction history anytime. The tellers have always been friendly and helpful. Have recommend to all my family and friends.
