“I love my workouts at Orangetheory! The workouts are challenging but scalable, and I’ve already seen improvements in my endurance and strength. The heart-rate based training keeps me accountable, and I love seeing my progress in real time!!!! The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping you succeed!!!”
“Fantastic studio! Coaches, staff, and members are all kind, helpful & fun to be around. Makes you addicted to the work out in the best way & teaches you how to perform your best. 10/10 recommend this studio!”
“I've only attended a couple of classes so far, but I can say with complete confidence that I plan to attend many more! I have had a great experience at every class I've gone to, and everyone there from the coaches, staff, and others attending the classes have been just as knowledgeable and encouraging as can be. At least in my book, gym experiences don't get much better than this!”
“Erin and Brandi are super professional...they greeted me warmly and bubbly explaining everything that Orangetheory is about. Workout was insanely good...highly recommend this place!!!”
“One of best studios in the country, and I’ve been to a lot.
Brantlea is an amazing manager. She truly cares for each member, from knowing names, preferred stations, and even giving up her spot in a full class for a member desperate to get off the waitlist (me.)
She’s didn’t hesitate!
She stayed after her shift and took a later class, which is an additional example showing her support for the coaches, and dedication to the studio.
I could go on about all of the coaches, who are all amazing. But I’ll leave it at that for now. In short, you can’t go wrong taking a class here!”

“STL is filled with hidden gems and Gambit is one of them. Here you’ll find high caliber coaches guiding an awesome community with intention. The programming is challenging and periodized. Tons of room and equipment all of which is well maintained and clean. And true open gym hours. Can’t say enough good things… I think this place is rad as hell and I hope you do too.”
“Chuck is amazing! My husband and I did group personal training with Chuck for over a year and it really helped instill healthy habits and knowledge of how to use gym equipment. We always looked forward to our time with Chuck because no matter how early it was, he greeted us with high-vibe energy! Chuck is so knowledgable and truly "walks the walk." We'll always recommend Titanium Fitness!”

“I had been weight lifting at chain fitness centers for a couple years before moving to STL. I was looking for a way to change up my fitness routine when I found PSF! This place is amazing for people of all athletic abilities. It’s a welcoming environment with effective workout programs each month that are tailored to the clients needs. The trainers here are so knowledgeable and really care about their clients. Couldn’t recommend this place more!”

“PLNK is such a great place. One of the most intense workouts there is, the instructors are great, and the locations are nice. It's a higher priced gym but you undeniably get your money's worth. Highly recommend.”
“Clean and well equipped YMCA right downtown near the convention center. Tons of equipment and love all the Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. Staff was friendly and informative. Bring your own lock if you have a lot of items to store since it’s a slightly smaller facility than some of the bigger ymca locations that are also part of this association”

“The gym is clean but some of the workers are visibly bothered when I or my friends ask to use the massage chairs or the tanning beds. The employee named Tawny gave us such a bad experience as she was extremely rude when we first approached her and gave us attitude for absolutely no reason. Hoping to avoid her in the future”

“Awesome, comprehensive gym. This place is golden. They have a very modern approach to training and nutrition with top notch trainers, coaches, and nutritionists anyone can learn from.”
“Love OT Tesson so much! All the staff and coaches are wonderful. They explain the workouts, motivate, and above all, ensure proper form to prevent potential injuries! Melissa, specifically at the front desk, is so sweet, knows everyone by their names, and her smile lights up the whole place!”

“Jermaine Deserves Recognition!
My sister and I have been members of this Planet Fitness for about four or five months now, and one of the main reasons we’ve kept coming back so consistently is because of Jermaine. He’s genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people at the gym. He always greets us with a smile, offers guidance when we need it, and takes the time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident using the equipment.
It honestly saddened us to hear that he won’t be working as much. Jermaine brings so much positivity and warmth to this location—it’s hard to imagine walking in and not seeing his friendly face. It’s rare to find staff members who truly care about the people who come in, and Planet Fitness will definitely be losing one of those people if he’s not around as often.
ALSO!! The manager, Connie, is consistently rude and unapproachable. She lacks basic customer service skills and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for members. She often seems irritated when speaking to members, never greets anyone with a smile, and brings a very negative energy into the gym. It’s discouraging to try to have a good workout when the person in charge seems to go out of her way to make interactions feel unpleasant.”

“JD's is a great "No Frills" gym with an incredible community of people. The owners are awesome and always willing to help and answer questions. Everyone is supportive and encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness journey”
“I truly enjoy the ymca and this location in particular. There is a strong sense of community here. My frustration is not getting into the classes. Body pump will fill up 5 minutes after opening. I am usually at work during this time making it difficult to sign up on time. This issue is not specific to this location and I would be happy to use the old weights if there was more space. It feels great to get into a routine and wish it was not difficult to get into the class. The y, especially South City, has high quality classes and is really a great place to be.”
“Since 2010 I have been going to the Carondelet rec plex, 2010 I was the first person to be on billboards, magazines and post cards for the ymca. Love the rec plex and so should you.”
“I have been going there for 17 years and enjoy every day I walk in. The staff is friendly and helpful and take an interest in you. I'm glad I became a member and have made many life long friendships.”
“Very safe location.
They have awesome indoor waterpark
With a nice huge hot tub, lazy river, whirlpool, lap swimming with a nice deep end to jump in.
The people here always treat me well.”
“I met up with the GBYI group to witness their Crossfit workout on a Saturday morning. The Ready 2 Live Gym is a newer growing gym where the serious workout factor meets great equipment and great environment. The management has opened their doors to our group, and inner city mentored teens are learning the value of healthy eating, physical workouts, mentoring, and academic enhancement. Ready 2 Live?? is a professional grade gym with heart.”

“Snap Fitness in Oakville is located off of Telegraph Rd and is very easy to access. Parking is right outside of the building and has a covered entrance way. When you become a member, you are given your own entrance pass that is used for entrance into the building. Snap Fitness is open 24/7. You always feel safe working out because of the locked doors that can only be opened, using your key pass. The inside of the building is always very clean and the temperature is comfortable. There are fans located on several walls and extras for your personal use. The equipment is well kept and the variety is endless. Les and Adam are very nice guys! They are there to assist you, if needed and they offer personal coaching and group classes several times a day/week. If you are looking for a great place to workout, Snap Fitness is the one. Come by for a tour. You will be glad you did!”

“Walked into CrossFit 26 two years ago and did “Christmas in July” & it’s been a gift that keeps on giving! What a diverse, inclusive & respectful community. No clique, no cult; just a wonderful group of individuals. The coaches are some of the best in the industry; knowledgeable, attentive, intuitive and grounded. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been going to Crossfit Happy Streets for the last 2+ years for personal training and drop in classes. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Very professional coaches and varied programming fit for anyone at any stage of their fitness journey.
From a personal training perspective, I wanted to focus on getting stronger and have appreciated Brian’s approach to my programming - always pushing and building, but prioritizing correct form and modifying when/where needed.
I’ve continued with the personal training throughout my current pregnancy and have been equally as happy with Brian’s approach to help me prepare physically for labor.
I would highly recommend Happy Streets to anyone thinking about starting their fitness journey . You won’t regret it!”
