I contacted AAA for a flat tire, and the mechanic who came was courteous and quick. He worked for Hartmann's, so I chose to come here for the repair. I'm glad I did! The mechanics found the leak, plugged it, and switched my tire back in maybe 20 minutes. They were all friendly, including the receptionist, and the process was way less stressful than I thought it would be. I would definitely come here again!

Took my car in because the check engine light was on. They called me several hours later and said all of the spark plugs were "shot" and needed to be replaced and it would cost $1600. When I told them I wanted to take it somewhere else they started trying to say some of the items listed on the cost breakdown (which included over $800 in labor) weren't needed. I still declined and they charged me $156. Took it to Stricker Auto in Brentwood where they diagnosed the actual problem and repaired it for $250 which included only one hour of labor fees. When I asked about the spark plugs, Stricker said they were fine but if I wanted them replaced it would be only an extra $100 (parts & labor). Run don't walk away from Hartmann's and go to Stricker Auto in Brentwood.

Price gauge on tows said one thing on sign and enforced another had my car no longer for 1 hr. I pulled up to the business the car had not even been dropped I told them I would give them the money right now and told me it had to be cash. Told me they were charging me a storage fee and a gate fee (which there is no gate)… they don’t care about their own rules, called the police and they also said it made no sense but nothing they could do. The lady told the police that the sign was old but somehow they have them up on their business. Gave me the a number to call to make a complaint with the office that regulates towing. IF YOUR CAR IS EVER TOWED BY THEM JUST KNOW THEY ARE OUT TO GET MONEY AND THAT’S ALL. I expressed that I been having a terrible day and month with the car already give me a lil break.

This place charged this grandmother $450 in cash only to get my car back after it getting towed because I parked it in an apartment complex parking lot where I was visiting someone with my little grandkids. This is highway robbery, and it's insane that places like this are even legal.

They towed my car to the wrong shop. When we called to find out where they had towed it, it took nearly 45 minutes for them to figure out where they had taken it. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Used their services through our insurance provider. The coordinator was super helpful explaining all the steps and the driver called to let us know what he was doing and answered all of our questions. I was impressed with the process and was made to feel like they were truly there to help and serve me during this rather bad day. I will definitely use them again, but hopefully I won't have to

This company participates in predatory towing. The blatant disregard for decency and the speed at which they swoop in to tow is appalling. They were waiting to tow my car and countless others at Brentwood Park when I was planning to be there less than 30 minutes with two of my kids. It's a shameless money-grabbing operation, and any company that would participate in predatory towing at a kids park speaks volumes for the type of people that run this operation. You do the math.

We've had two repairs on our car done in the last several years. We were very happy with the service and work that was done. They work so well with our insurance company which made everything so much easier. I always appreciated their friendly service. Thanks ?

Great customer service! Had my car ready to go when they said they would. Kept me informed of the progress on the car and gave me options on fixing it. I will definitely use this company again if needed.

I knew these people were scammers but I was in jam. They didn't disappoint me! I expected they would add about $200 and again they didn't disappoint me!
