We rented at St. Louis airport, smaller SUV, a Volkswagen Tiguan which was a great car. Hertz gets our accolades for service with a smile- we will look there first in the future!

Car was clean and in good working order. I reserved a midsize SUV but when I got there one was not available. I was stuck with a compact but still charged for a midsize.
