“We are not currently with Naeger Family Insurance. I reached out to them to see if the Naeger group felt we could do better than our current home/auto bundle. I'm writing this review and giving five stars because I was blown away by the straightforward honest reply I got. The bottom line was due to a variety of factors our current home/auto bundle is a really good rate as is and that was that - I wasn't strung along, I wasn't reeled in to try and switch to them. It was very honest and simple - essentially you've got a good/fair rate as is, stick with it unless something changes. So refreshing - if we do need insurance or need to switch I'll definitely be checking with them again.”
