The staff is noted as very nice and helpful. However, the store can sometimes feel crowded and cluttered with long lines, and some feel the merchandise is not always new. Staff is friendly. Most of the time, I find prices higher with a hidden gem found once in a while. I don't visit the store often, it is usually a nice experience when I do. It's a newer location, moved from a different near by building. It is organized and very clean.
