“I ordered a loveseat over 3 months ago. It was on backorder, until the end of August. I received an email a couple of weeks ago, that it was still on backorder until November. I decided to with a different color. It was in stock, in gray, which matches my carpet. They scheduled it for a Saturday morning delivery. The delivery team was great!! Customer Service was great!! “We had an emergency with our adult son’s adjustable base on his bed. He currently is bed bound and depends on the base to perform daily functions. It stopped working last night. We stayed up till around 4 am trying to fix it, ultimately it was finished. This morning we called and spoke to Jake at Mattress Firm and what a pleasure it was. We are receiving a new base tomorrow morning. Every other place had 4 to 8 week shipping wait. We will definitely use them again. We appreciate all they did.”
