“Unlike my previous experience at the quest at chesterfield outer 40 the quest staff here at ballas was above and beyond great. Excellent experience at this outpatient lab. Despite a very full waiting room, the staff was courteous, professional, and extremely organized. I was checked in quickly and in and out in no time. It’s clear they value efficiency without sacrificing patient care. Highly recommend this ballas location. I wish they could train the staff at chesterfield outer 40 and show them how it’s done.”
“I used this location to do my three hour gestational diabetes screening after failing the first one. I was not looking forward to it because let’s be honest, who wants to get stuck four times in three hours? I’m bummed I did not catch my phlebotomists name but she was in room nine and she was incredible. She set a timer on her own end and was coming to get me on the dot when it was time for my next draw. I’m a hard stick with tiny veins and she listened to where they typically have luck and used techniques to make things easier for us to get the drawn completed. She made a note fun experience better! Thank you!”

“Devin B was a wonderful Phlebotomist. I knew I was somewhat dehydrated and expected the blood draw to be tricky. Her initial poke didn't land, but the painless way she maneuvered the needle to hit the vein was superb. I've never had someone have to reposition the needle and not had me at least wince as they did it... until her. 10 out of 10 would recommend her again! I will definitely be back to this location.”

The process was quick and efficient; after checking in at the kiosk, the screens displayed how many people were ahead of me. The staff was very friendly, making the entire visit much more comfortable than anticipated.”
“I received exceptional care at the Rock Hill location, especially from Nurse Practitioner Misty D. Birney, NP. She truly went above and beyond. Her kindness, her willingness to listen, and the way she took the time to talk through my past care meant so much to me.
Everyone there was wonderful. Michele, another amazing nurse, was incredibly helpful and stepped in when my blood draw didn’t go as planned—she absolutely saved the day with her confidence, positive attitude, and outstanding bedside manner. Even the staff member who handled my EKG made me feel comfortable during the process.
I genuinely hope I get to see this same team again when I return to this location. As someone who works over forty hours a week without employer-provided medical insurance, navigating healthcare can be difficult, especially having to pay out of pocket.
