I just returned from my second visit to Total Access Urgent Care and received thorough and exceptional care, an informed understanding of my current medical issues which were more complex than in my initial visit. I felt like I was in a mini hospital with outstanding medical staff who quickly understood the problems I was experiencing, performed needed tests and will recommend a treatment plan when all the test results have been processed. I was referred by a hospital physician who stated I would receive better and more efficient care at Total Access Urgent Care than I would at the hospital. I wholeheartedly recommend the Total Access Urgent Care on South Grand.”
“I was able to get in quickly. I noticed that everyone working there was chatting and friendly with one another which created a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was professional, thorough, and kind. I had to have blood work done and was very apprehensive about them finding a vein as I've had a lot of chemo which makes it difficult. The nurse was confident and reassuring. Impressively, she got it on the first try! If I need an Urgent Care again, I will be sure to go to the St. Louis Hills location. I was very grateful for the quality of care I received on a day that I felt awful.”

“I used this location to do my three hour gestational diabetes screening after failing the first one. I was not looking forward to it because let’s be honest, who wants to get stuck four times in three hours? I’m bummed I did not catch my phlebotomists name but she was in room nine and she was incredible. She set a timer on her own end and was coming to get me on the dot when it was time for my next draw. I’m a hard stick with tiny veins and she listened to where they typically have luck and used techniques to make things easier for us to get the drawn completed. She made a note fun experience better! Thank you!”

“Despite initial hesitation due to mixed reviews, my recent lab visit was a very positive experience. I arrived around 3:20 PM and was surprised to be in and out in under 20 minutes. The process was quick and efficient; after checking in at the kiosk, the screens displayed how many people were ahead of me. The staff was very friendly, making the entire visit much more comfortable than anticipated.”
