Had a bad experience with MSD, THEN got a phone call asking about my experience. I take my time to give them a mostly good survey, then when I mention my problem the guy on the phone gave me attitude and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Constant issues. I have to call these people more than I call my own family. And good luck getting anyone on the phone your first time calling. After being on hold for 30 minutes they will just hang up on you.
And why is my MSD bill twice as high as the water bill??

It is very frustrating to call any business, only to have the rep unexpectedly throw you back into the call queue. The woman took my information, sighed loudly and then chucked my call back into the general incoming call queue. I was disconnected by the system, so I called back. Disconnected by the system again. The way my MSD bill keeps getting higher and higher, you would think that either their phone infrastructure or the training of their employees would be considerably better. Very disappointed in your "service", MSD.

You Morons need to cover your trucks when you Take raw sewage to the landfill. The location on Fine Road always smells like A hog farm whenever your trucks are transporting sewage. Either cover it up or contain it in a tanker truck instead of a roll off dumpster with a cover. If I wanted to smell raw sewage everyday I would take up a job at a Nursing home.

There is no regulation here. This is a private enterprise that price jacks. Why is my sewer bill more than my water, electric, and gas bill!?!? I could fill up the tank in my car twice a month for less even with the current gas prices. They have a monopoly on this city. St louis pays twice as much as other metropolitan cities the same size. Why hasn't there been more public outcry!? Now they're planning on raising them again!

This is the fourth time my house has backed up with water. I have repeatedly asked for help. They continue to tell me it was not their problem. Their emergency hotline hangs up on me on a regular basis. They are so disrespectful, Unprofessional. The problem is starting at the alleyway, not our property line. But they continue to not help. They say they will get to us in four hours. When I had 2 inches of water in my basement again. We are in a duplex. We own it. My 80-year-old mother lives on the first level. It is unsanitary to have Sewage and debris Backing up into her homes time and time again. They had very little regard for the elderly. And the disabled. Our rates keep going up in the services. Keep going down. We are outraged. This entire situation is shameful.

I have been trying to contact them for a billing question for WEEKS. Either their call system is not working or they put you on hold with no music or any indication that they are going to actually connect (it is just a dead, silent line). YOU CANNOT GET AHOLD OF THEM.

Charged me twice when I paid by phone. I was already paying a double bill this month and now my property tax check is going to bounce and MSD does not care. They say they cannot reverse a payment for 30 days.They sure could take the payment(s) fast though. My mom is disabled and on social security and we are struggling.Greedy corporations at their finest.
