Midtown 300 is a newly renovated building offering beautiful studio and one-bedroom apartments with city views from every unit, located in the heart of Midtown. It is steps from SLU, The City Foundry Project, and much more. Residents describe it as a good, peaceful, quiet, beautiful, and clean place to live. The location is consistently praised as great and unbeatable. It is very close to SLU, making it easier for students, and is near the symphony, theatre, sports, and restaurants. It is only one block from the Metro link. The building is secure with key-entry and is in a fairly safe part of town. A major highlight is the excellent and kind management team and maintenance staff, who are helpful, courteous, and prompt in addressing issues. Communication from the team is generally noted as excellent. The amenities include a fabulous and clean laundry room, though the machines require quarters and sometimes are out of service. The back yard green space is like a beautiful park in the city, with added games. There is also a gym. Parking is free for residents with a displayed permit, and visitor parking is designated; lighting has been added to the lot. There are some inconveniences. Storage in apartments is limited. The central heating system can be unreliable in winter, and there can be occasional water or service outages. The units, while renovated with features like arch views and granite countertops, are described by some as small or cheaply made. Overall, Midtown 300 is considered a decent, affordable, and perfect place to live by many, with a kind staff and a prime location. Most residents recommend it, especially for students.
It will be almost a year that I have lived at Midtown 300 and it's been lovely. Not only is the location great, but the building is quiet. The building staff, both in the office and maintenance are really kind, and work gets done promptly.

Best safest near Saint Louis university. It has key card open option to enter the building and it has best view to the downtown
