On top of that, he hooked me up with a great deal on a phone case and screen protector. It felt like talking to a friend, not just a store manager.

They don't have the easiest job and many people walk out when they see a line but I am always gonna wait in line. The post office is an American institution and we need them to know they are appreciated. If you don't have the time to wait a few minutes in line, drive your own packages and letters to wherever you want them to go! These folks work hard!!”

“My phone has been broken for a week and I’ve been going back and forth with my phone provider to no avail, I go in for not even 20 minutes and Matt was able to fix my phone for me and didn’t charge me the price for a battery replacement. Very friendly, informative, and was able to fix my problem without doing anything unnecessary like replacing parts, very glad he didn’t up sell me here and I’m definitely coming back if I ever have problems with my tech. 10/10”
