I had this at a festival in Delmar and it was seasoned to perfection!

The first time I had their chicken sausage was at Taste Stl Fair downtown. Once I got the opportunity to bite in it I hopped right back in line. It’s packed with sooo much flavor!

Have had chicken sausage and Italian ground chicken, they both were delicious! Used ground chicken in spaghetti and as burger patty great for both. Wonderful flavor it was hard to stop eating it while making sauce. Placing second order will add breakfast sausage this time.
