“Hazzard Moving & Storage moved our household goods about 30 miles away to a new state recently. It was the third time we've used Hazzard and they have been outstanding each time (I'm retired military and moved a lot). Dave came out and gave a reasonable estimate that we accepted. The staff was always responsive (you always get to speak to a live person whenever you call with questions). Christine and Susie are very knowledgeable and pleasant and helped immensely. The packing and loading team led by Darrell was very experience, friendly, and helpful and made this one of our least stressful moves ever. They even drove to our new home with TV legs that had inadvertently fallen off in the truck. Hazzard's service and staff are extraordinary and I highly recommend them for your moving needs.”

“Upack was great to work with start to finish. My family and I however were total disasters. We wildly overestimated our ability to pack everything ourselves (y'all, hire movers, I'm begging you) and missed the day we thought we'd load. Upack was *amazing* at rescheduling, working with us, and making it no problem at all. I actually couldn't believe how nice everyone was the entire time. I called multiple times, at one point had an actual panic attack from the stress. Linda at dispatch literally gave me breathing exercises and was so sweet (shout out to you Linda, you absolute gem of a human, I hope your pillows are always cool, your pasta always al-dente). Everyone here was fantastic. My move was unbelievably hard but Upack really came through. Our stuff was picked up and dropped off on time, no issues there. Guy who dropped off had amazing forklift skills and was very chill. Thanks so much to all of you, you're the best.”
“Carlos and Anthony were amazing! They took great care of all my belongings, worked quickly, and made the whole moving process so easy and stress-free. Anything they took apart to move they put back together. They were both friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Carlos even went above and beyond by offering to move a couch the previous tenant had left outside my new apartment and took it to the garbage for me.
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers!”

“We used Markel and Super Cheap Movers to move from Ballwin to Wash Ave downtown. We had a lot of stuff and they did a nice job packing everything. The move took a lot longer than they expected and had to come back the next day to finish -- which is why we started on Saturday...you never know. I read the reviews here and what I find surprising is how confused people are about how a move works. The "Estimate" is for the initial move. It shows the minimum charge and what the hourly charge is therewafter. You could block out 3 men for 10 hours is you want and prepay for that, but if it takes only 8 hours you just overpaid. And no moving company on the planet is going to refund you that -- they blocked out the time for you because you wasted them to.Markel charged us exactly as promised. And he charges throughout the day accordingly as you spend what you've already paid. Is it weird? Maybe. But it's fair. And if you don't like it you can overpay elsewhere.”
