My Card got stuck in the outside machine and it wouldn’t come out. They had to replace my card but it’s upsetting to me because one of the workers gave me a Black card and I really like it. But because I didn’t have a business account I couldn’t get another, I had to settle for the regular cards and I really don’t like it.
Moral of the story is, this location needs to get those outside machines fixed ASAP

Torron, if that is his real name at the Jennings branch was horrible, clueless, and a jerk. He also worked the live agent at the Hallsferry branch.
His uneducated and untrained behavior wasted my time, money, energy and gas.
He tried to put a $400 check on hold, I’ve cashed bigger checks from that same company without any holds.
If he didn’t know what he is doing then common sense says asks for help and don’t make inconvenient situations for customers who have been at the bank longer than he has been employed and probably before he was born.
The disrespect of being treated like a fraudulent criminal is insulting.
Once I cashed my check at the downtown branch, I returned to Jennings to ask more questions about why I wasn’t allowed to cash my check. Torron wouldn’t come from the back.
No one bothered to ask what the problem was, no one offered up the manager.
When I asked for the young man’s name, the brown skin lady with glasses and locks pretended not to know who I was referring to.
I described him as the black male with a blue color-button down shirt, grey pants, and locks in his hair…she then went to the back and kept me waiting as I heard them whispering…again all I wanted was his name so I could speak with corporate about my situation.
The lady returned and told me his first name was Torron and they were unable to give out last names.
I don’t know who the manager was, but I was clearly pissed upset and they clearly did not care.

Stephanie Bell, Card Fraud Research and Investigation Analyst, did an excellent job investigating three fraudulent debit card transactions. Her attention to detail with probing and pointed questions for clarity expedited a provisional resolution within eight hours of filing my claim with Visa. Ms Bell was empathetic to my situation and her prompt action exceeded my expectations. This awesome experience is worthy of my testimony and 5-star rating !!!

After my car loan is paid off ..I will be withdrawing all my money and going elsewhere …This was my first bank since I was Teenage and I never had an issue until last year regarding my car loan payment ….they added almost 10,000 on my loan because “they say” I did not have insurance ..I sent my information over at least 10 times to different people …they sent me the dates I need and I provided that information …They gave me the run around for months and months. Over the years neighbors has changed and continues to disappoint and they are very inconsistent..after showing proof over 10 times I’m still waiting on a respond or waiting for action because I did my part as a customer and as a provider they are highly not recommended in my book!!!

Are most of the time it performs like a regular bank but when those moments come when I need them like taking my kids up to teach him how to save money it’s always a screw over there either closed or the coin machines don’t work I’ve been with them a lot of years and probably 20 times when I’ve taken my children up to have this experience to teach them and make them excited about saving money it’s 19 times out of 20 a burn

I was in a terrible bind. My credit card had been comprised and the only way to get medication and food for my pet was to get immediate access to a new credit card. They did it and I got the pet stuff delivered the next day.
