A nice place with all things pets. We got a toy for my dog there and it was pretty good quality for the price. The only thing is that it can get pricey.

The black lady cashier is rude. She does not greet or say thank you to customers. When i asked for the correct price, she looked displeased. Isn't that the price your company put it on. Why are you not happy when customers ask for it? Very unprofessional employee!

My experience started off bad from the beginning I entered the salon with my dog and there were two other people in line both being helped . As soon as they were done helping them Natalie the groomer decided to sit and ignore me standing there with my dog ready to be greeted. I had to greet her. She took my dog back I left. A couple hours later I got a phone call from Natalie saying my dog was ready for pickup. I get there 22 minutes later and I'm told my dog was not ready and that nobody called me. But I had proof on my phone and also the email sent saying he was ready for pickup. Natalie refused calling me saying that never happened. I ended up having to take my dog home wet because of her . She didn't want to greet me in the beginning or finish it off right either . I had a horrible experience because of Natalie.

I find it very frustrating when no one answers the phone. My dog has been there over 5 hours. All he needed was a vaccination. It’s just not good enough. I pay over 70 dollars a month. I don’t think I am getting my money’s worth.

Bad place to take your dog to be groomed. The groomers are not patient with people or animals, they are not kind, and they will loose your dog's collar and never offer to replace it. I feel the department is just a low grade chop shop! If you are African American they are especially kurt and are very offensive when telling you what their polices are..there is always a negative experience dealing with Brentwood Petsmart grooming.

There a girl that works fish section I guess orange and black hair who is nothing but crabby she gave her coworker a mad stare cause she had to do her job and open the doors up at 10 and there was people waiting. will not be coming back sunset hills is so much better!!!

I had a terrible experience with Hayley, the cat groomer. She originally sent my cat home, instructing me to give her relief medication before grooming, but when I scheduled another appointment, Hayley called back saying she couldn’t groom my cat because of the medication! To make matters worse, she canceled the upcoming appointment without even telling me.
On top of that, when I spoke with her over the phone, she was rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. I’ve never dealt with such disrespect from someone in a service role. Needless to say, I won’t be bringing my cat back, and I don’t recommend this groomer to anyone who expects reliability or respect. DON'T PUT YOUR PETS AT RISK.

I had a terrible experience with this cat groomer her name is Hayley over the phone. From the start, she I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive. She interrupted me, gave short, impatient answers, and even had the nerve to sigh loudly like they couldn’t be bothered. It was clear they had no interest in being helpful or professional.
If their attitude on the phone is any indication of how they treat animals in their care, I wouldn’t trust them with my cat. Very disrespectful and disappointing customer service! Avoid this place at all costs.

I am writing this review to share my alarming experience at PetSmart’s grooming services, which has left me both shocked and devastated. I took my 5-pound Pomeranian in for a routine grooming appointment, expecting a safe and professional service. Instead, my beloved pet sustained a serious injury that required seven staples to close a deep cut on his leg!
This is completely unacceptable. I entrusted your staff with the care of my dog, and they failed to uphold the most basic standard of safety. It's deeply concerning to think that my pet was injured while under your supervision. As a pet owner, I expect a high level of professionalism and expertise when I leave my little guy in someone else's hands. Also being in the medical field, I understand mistakes happen but over the phone I was told it was a tiny cut that may just need a dab of glue. This cut not only required 7 staples, but also glue to stop the bleeding. My dog has been getting groomed professionally and regularly at home for over 9 years and has always been calm and well behaved. Not only was his skin cut, but I specifically said to just outline trim his torso and the ONLY thing they had groomed yet was buzz cutting his torso. Since he sustained an injury, they did not continue his grooming which I wouldn’t want them to touch him again anyway— I was also upset they didn’t listen to my original instructions whatsoever.
The emotional distress that this incident has caused me is overwhelming. My dog is not just a pet; he is a cherished family member, and the thought that he was harmed during what should have been a routine grooming is infuriating. He used to be calm during grooming and now he shakes and is extremely anxious when I lightly brush him. I urge PetSmart to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that no other pet owner has to endure such a traumatic experience.
If you value your pet’s safety, I strongly recommend seeking grooming services elsewhere until PetSmart can prove that they prioritize the well-being of our beloved animals. I am deeply disappointed and will not be back.
I will say the saving grace was Banfield animal hospital that is inside Petsmart. The staff was incredible and so caring. Petsmart paid for that vet visit and didn’t charge me for the grooming session, but now I’m too traumatized to trust him with any other groomer and my poor little guy is beyond scared to be groomed.

Brought my furry family member there for her grooming appointment, the person supposed to be doing the service was no where to be found for about 20 mins, she was extremely quick providing the service once my dog was there, but I received my baby back with an injured bloody foot, and again the person who groomed her was no where to be found and the only explanation was she may have got her foot caught on a blanket at home, but yet my dog had zero issues and NO BLOOD LOSS at home, or in the car before arriving at your Petsmart! *update 8/30/24 Decided to give them another try, I go to pick up my dog and the caucasian person in front of me was able to retrieve their dog and then go pay for grooming services when it was my turn to retrieve my dog. I had to go pay first and bring them the receipt and then I was able to retrieve my dog, that didn’t sit well with me, that was clear as day discrimination!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the grooming service my cat received at your facility. The service was far below the expected standard, and I was particularly dismayed by the behavior of the grooming staff member, whom I believe may be named Hailey.
Upon arrival for the scheduled appointment, I was instructed to return in an hour to pick up my cat. However, I received a call just 10 minutes later, indicating that the grooming was complete. Despite inquiring specifically about the nail trimming, I was assured it had been done, yet upon inspection at home, it was clear that my cat's nails had not been trimmed.
Furthermore, the grooming itself was poorly executed. The hair was cut unevenly, leaving noticeable stripes on my cat's body. The hair on the neck area was cut too short, exposing the skin, and the cat did not receive a bath as expected.
In addition to these issues, I found the demeanor of the staff member to be unprofessional and discourteous. It is crucial for customer service personnel to maintain a respectful and polite attitude, which was regrettably lacking in this instance.
Due to these concerns, I will not be returning to your facility and will be advising others to consider alternative grooming options for their pets.

No stars for the booking online. They need inprove the booking system and then the groomers and managers need to honor the request for the mistake of the online booking.

I usually love the service I get here. But recently I have gotten my dog groomed and he only matted his belly and butt area. The groomer checked as well and confirmed that. She then calls me an hour later saying he matted all over and she can't give me the haircut I'm paying for. So that means my dog has been sitting in a cage for a whole hour and has not been touched. Two I'm not getting the haircut I paid for. Not to mention it took them 6 hours just for my dogs' haircut... ridiculous!

Not a great experience for my dog. We booked an appointment at 9:30 AM online. I added in the comment section that my dog does have anxiety and that we will be bringing a muzzle and giving him his medication before the appointment. As soon as we got there, my dog was looked down on due to the muzzle we brought just in case. We just needed his nails trimmed and didn’t receive any service. The groomer stuck her hand in his face once, very swiftly, which made him become anxious and bark. There was no effort to comfort my dog what so ever. He is a pit mix, so I’m thinking that these groomers are not the biggest fans of my dogs breed. As we were waiting in line, a very aggressive dog was serviced and there seemed to be no issue there. We were told that we should bring him back during the week when they are “less busy.” We will not be returning due to the terrible experience we had with this groomer and how they decided to handle this situation. We brought his favorite treats with us as well for the groomer to try and bond with him. After one bark we were hit with the “we can’t groom him.” Again, we will not be returning for grooming or for any products at PetSmart.
