Absolutely Pathetic! This outsourced shipper delivered my Lowe’s washer / dryer but failed to properly install. After failing to bring the parts that I paid for because LOWES stated that they were necessary for installation, PILOT manipulated the items and failed to install the dryer. In fact, PILOT cut and ruined the item, let a number of parts on my counter, left me with a NON-WORKING dryer, and said that I needed to call in a service order! Neither PILOT or LOWES bothered contacting me with a solution (they already have their money) or returned with the proper part to finish installation. PILOT had several opportunities to cure the matter, ignored THREE ATTEMPTS, and REFUSED TO REPLY. Their customer service is complete trash and I would recommend using ANYONE OTHER THAN PILOT! LOWES is equally pathetic. I’ll be filing complaints against both with the BBB and contacting VISA for a refund since neither company has a clue how to treat customers. Just read their other reviews, this company is a JOKE and LOWES is equally responsible for their incompetence.

We purchased a refrigerator from Lowe's, who uses Pilot Freight to fulfill their orders for eastern Iowa. The delivery driver showed up on May 6 three hours outside of the 8am - 12pm delivery window, which wasn't the end of the world, but then proceeded to struggle for the next 30 minutes to unload the fridge. He claimed he couldn't unload it (even though he had shoulder straps) because his lift gate couldn't navigate a brick street. He pulled the truck around and blocked the ally for the neighbors for the next 30 minutes, before driving off without a word. We called to follow-up, they rescheduled for May 14... no show. They rescheduled for May 15...no show. They called to say they damaged the fridge, needed to replace it, and planned to show up on May 17...no show. They finally showed up at May 18 at the WRONG house and said they couldn't drive the single block away to the correct address to do the delivery because they only have a 15 minute delivery window once they're at the stop (which we were in) and drove off and asked us to reschedule. I just got a notice for a delivery of May 23... so there's really no end in sight to this ordeal. Poor communication, poor service, no accountability for fixing this.

DO NOT USE PILOT FREIGHT EVER!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST FREIGHT COMPANY EVER!!!! THE SHIPPING TIME IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! IT TAKES THEM OVER A WEEK TO DELIVER FREIGHT FROM TEXAS TO THE MIDWEST!! LESS THAN AN 11HR DRIVE WHICH WITH A GOOD FREIGHT SERVICE SHOULD TAKE A MAX OF 4 DAYS!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY

Said they would come pickup a return today. I sat around the whole day waiting. No one showed up. Called pilot customer service to find out what was going on with the pickup. The guy who answered the phone was rude, and unhelpful. He told me to call back in the morning. Tuesday April 19th, 2022

I purchased a couch from Weekends Only this past weekend. The delivery team brought the couch this morning.The pieces, which did fit through the doorway, they shoved at the wrong angle and heaved against them, denting the doorway, and knocking around the lantern that hangs over the porch.When they brought the pieces inside, they walked on the carpet with muddy shoes and tracked mud up carpeted stairs and all around the room.This is a brand new house we just moved into a few weeks ago, I would have never had delivery knowing my new house would be damaged.See the mud on the carpet. Most of it was wiped off on my carpeted stairsI contacted the delivery department who sent me through the whole process of getting quotes to get everything cleaned and fixed. Then they stopped all contact and I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone since.Would NEVER use them again. I’d rather rent a Uhaul and deliver myself

I am amazed at the lack of customer service and the in-experience of the driver that was sent to deliver my door that we had waited on for 2 months. He was concerned he'd "get stuck". There was a concrete mixer on the drive, I highly doubt the Pilot truck was heavier. "Well, the door is really heavy", we have SIX concrete guys WILLING to help you and your other TWO co-workers! NINE GUYS couldn't do it?? He flat out refused to back down our driveway and because of this ignorance/lack of experience LOWES has now lost a $3600 sale and a life long customer in the midst of remodeling!! It's THE DRIVERS FAULT NO ONE ELSES! 100000% Flat out RIDICULOUS!!! Don't use these people and check with ANY company you work with that has these people as their 3rd party delivery!!! RUN!!!!

Could not be happier with the team. Once my order was received in St Louis I called to see if I could come and pick it up. They said no problem and confirmed my order was there. When I arrived they took a copy of my ID and asked me to pull around back. 3 different team member's assisted me loading up the order. It was a overall very pleasant experience.

My son ordered a 75 inch TV through Walmart this past Christmas. The day that the TV was delivered I get a big banging on my door. It was one of their delivery drivers telling me that they left the 75 inch TV downstairs on the first floor. I live in an apartment building that has two floors I am on the second floor. Now I am a 5'4 woman. There is no way in heck that I can carry a 75 in TV upstairs by myself. I asked the delivery driver if they could please bring the TV up to my second floor as there was no way that I could do it by myself and there was no one else here to help me. They downright refused and was extremely rude about it. Do not under any circumstances use this company for any delivery purposes of any kind.

Ordered a TV from Amazon and was unlucky enough to get this company to handle the shipping.After ordering the TV, I scheduled my delivery for between 3:00 and 6:00 on the 10th of the month. Tracking said the TV was picked up by the carrier on the 2nd and was in-transit.When the 10th came I took off work for the afternoon since somebody "Must be present to accept delivery". Nobody showed up.When I called the company 30 min after scheduled delivery time had ended I was told I could reschedule. I said I didn't want to rescheduled I wanted to know where my package was and when it would be getting here. I was told I would receive a callback.A week later I still didn't have a callback so I used the contact form on their website to ask again where my package was. When I checked the shipping update it said that had arrived at another facility and delivery was scheduled either online or by phone on the 17th. Whoever scheduled this appointment wasn't me, and I still have no idea when it is coming.A week after that, when I still didn't have a response to my question by e-form I checked the status again and sent and e-mail to the support address listed. At this point all the dates and locations for the tracking had changed and shuffled around from what they were originally. Nothing was on the right date.Here I am almost a month later, one phone call, and two electronic message attempts and have still heard absolutely nothing about my delivery.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. They literally THREW the furniture into my house, and there was more damage to the box than I could even keep track of trying to document it all. One of the holes was over a foot and could see right into the box. Inside all of the packing styrofoam was broken to shambles and strewn about. The furniture itself, a higher end baby crib was damaged beyond ever being able to use it. The wooden rails were cracked in pieces. This company does not at all show care or respect for your items. When I tried to call the number on the paperwork the number did not appear to be real and didn’t connect anywhere.
