They are very informative and offer help with insoles. The experience includes comprehensive care after purchase, like complimentary oiling and lace replacement, plus access to shoe repair. Most customers report a great experience, leaving with very comfortable boots and plan to return, becoming repeat customers. However, one dissatisfied customer noted a policy where returns after a brief period were not accepted, being advised instead to break the boots in.

There is absolutely no where else I would ever get boots. The Michelle, Cordelia, AND Jen are amazing! They take care of you like family and I’m not exaggerating one bit. The boots are best on the market but the customer service is A++!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!
