βRecently I decided that I wanted to start hiking, so I tried doing my own research on what shoes would be best for me. I've really struggled with shoes my entire life. Even since I was a kid. Every pair I stepped into seemed to hurt and I never really knew why. I knew I had drastically flat feet, but I didn't know what that meant. After doing some research I saw this place and decided to give their fitting process a shot. After all, it is totally free.
Brie was absolutely amazing. She walked me through every step of the process. She told me about flat feet, about stability vs neutral shoes, arch supports, all kinds of things that I had always heard about but never really understood. Eventually we found the best shoes for me, which I never really thought possible.β

βI've been purchasing my running shoes at Niche since they were on Manchester, and I can't see myself stopping any time soon. They have impeccable customer service, their return policy is generous and understanding, and I've never left feeling belittled like I have at some other running stores. They know what they're doing and they know how to do it right.β
βOne of the best repair shops in town. Took these heavily used and last of the made in USA Chippewa boots, in for a bit of TLC.
New Vibram wedge sole, leather conditioning, laces and new original Chippewa insoles.
The wait time was 6 weeks. I gather skilled cobblers are diminishing in numbers these days. Surely it’s better for everyone if we can buy quality, repair and reuse.

βI had to come make a review because in one day my crippling feet has been cured with the $80 moldable insoles From Red Wing. I’m totally impressed and I never knew that I can be cured in 1 to 2 days just by wearing the right supportive insoles! You will see me back in one year from more insoles! Thank you so much it was worth it. Great customer service as well.β
βMy son love hats and he is very young. It is a surprise to see someone so young like a certain type of hat. He needed help with size and fit of this new hat. The woman that helped him did an excellent job. He walked away very pleased with his choice of hat and style. The only problem we had was the time of operation. This store like to open and close when they please. Great place to shop but please call before going.β

βOkay donβt get my wrong I love the clothes! My whole closet is pretty much from here. The only thing I would say I donβt care for is how pushy the employees are. Last time I went in I had 3 items of clothing that I wanted to try on. I barely got on the first shirt I had to try on, and an employees arm shoots through the curtain with 2 other shirts that they wanted me to try on. They did this repeatedly until I had about 10 items of clothing in the fitting room ontop of my orβ

βI recently had to contact MBT USA with regard to a pair of MBT shoes I previously purchased. MBT USA customer service (Sheri) not only listened to my concerns, but was proactive to resolve my issue. I was totally impressed by MBT customer service and I'm loving my new MBT shoes, which is a vast improvement from my previous MBT shoes. It's nice to see a company that backs up their product with stellar customer service. I'm now a fan of MBT!!β
βI went to this SHOE CARNIVAL on 3248 Telegraph Road today, I was so impressed by the young man at the door, he helped me find what type shoe I was looking for, he was very pleasant and helpful. Another young man checked me out he also was pleasant and helpful. The store was very clean and well organized. I found what I wanted and left, a very happy person, the style was great and the price was reasonable!! I will be back
when I want shoes again.

βI β€Catos!Not gonna lie...I go IN for the phenomenal clearance...which they know, cause then I typically go OUT with several/many clearance items & at least one full price item! LolTheir clothes are mostly true to size, so you CAN buy without trying on...but their customer service (Oakville MO store shout out to Mary!!) is so exemplary that you end up staying & trying on & shopping for accessories. LOL Smart cookies! ;) You almost feel like a bottle of champagne is going to come out next, and I LOVE that "extra" customer service because in this day & age, it is rare!Suggestions? Keep on, keeping on! :)β

βThis place is really fun if you want clothes that dont look like every other big box store out there. The sizes range from xs to large and have a bohemian style. They have some accessories and large dressing rooms.β
