CVS Pharmacy in St. Louis offers convenient service and a friendly environment for customers. The pharmacy team is helpful, providing advice on prescriptions and helping to find savings, though not all prescriptions qualify for discounts. Most locations are open seven days a week, including nights and weekends, making it easy to get prescriptions and essentials when needed. Many customers appreciate the mostly painless drop-off and pickup process, with some noting the quick and smooth service from staff. The pharmacy is accessible, even for those in wheelchairs, allowing customers to do their shopping comfortably and safely. The staff is often described as professional, kind, and helpful, providing a positive experience. However, there are some concerns about policies, such as having to wait in long lines at checkout despite no line at the pharmacy itself. Additionally, the store offers amenities like a public bathroom, which is appreciated despite needing some maintenance. Overall, CVS Pharmacy in St. Louis is a reliable neighborhood option for prescriptions and everyday essentials.
I receive my prescription refills on time. The CVS pharmacy staff does a great job of giving me my Covid and immunization shots. I'm very happy with their service.

Mostly painless prescription drop off and pickup. Came back later for an OTC allergy product and was told that despite there being no line at the pharmacy, I'd have to wait in the line of 30-40 plus people at the front of the store to checkout--not a very customer-friendly policy. I'll keep filling my RX at my local pharmacy.
