“Lee is AMAZING!! He is always so nice and willing to help. I just came from the Brentwood location where the attendant actually yelled at me. I drove the 10 minutes out of my way to come to Creve Couer location because I’ve never had a bad experience here. Shout out to Lee because he clearly really cares about his job and the people he helps.”
“Hooray to find a post office. Unexpected but convenient to pop in here, pick up ten post card stamps and be on my way in a jiffy. At 3:45 on a Monday evening, there was no queue and the clerk was actually pleasant. A nice surprise!
Of course, the stamps cost a fortune but that's a review for the USPS headquarters in Washington not here.
They do have a mailbox outside but you'll have to get out of your car to use it.”
“I had a really positive experience at this post office and wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I received from Laura and Derick.
I was expecting an important check in the mail, and after receiving an email indicating it would be delivered today, I stopped by the post office to see if it had arrived. Laura was extremely helpful and took the time to look for it in the back. Although she wasn’t able to locate it at that time, she was very kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help.
Apparently, Laura relayed the information to our mail carrier, Derick, who has our route. He went above and beyond by locating the check and personally delivering it to our front door right away. That level of effort and customer service was completely unexpected and very much appreciated.
Thank you to Laura for taking the time to help me and to Derick for going the extra mile to make sure my mail got to me safely. It’s easy to complain when something goes wrong, but I wanted to make sure these two received recognition for doing an exceptional job. Great customer service!”

“I've been going out of my way to avoid this PO. I reluctantly tried it again today. You guys DO take cash! The lady who helped me (glasses, been to Rome and Paris) was friendly and gave me advice on my next mailing too! Am I at the right one?? The post master got rid of the guy that refuses to take cash and talks bad about customers after they leave (like a line of people could solve his problems in life). Yay!! To me he was the Seinfeld soup Nazi guy because it was so uncomfortable being waited on by him. You never know if you'd get what you want or walk away in shame still with your package, confused about what just happened. Thanks for your great service today.”
“Ms. Sabrina, I believe her name is, she was so supportive, helpful, and trustworthy. I was a bit apprehensive about coming to this location simply because of the reviews, but she's great. Most of my packages have made their way to their recipients. So, definitely come and check her out. Great service.”

So I enter with a smile my on my face, picing up and discarding tickets & receipts from previous customers. We must be the change we want to see...”
“Excellent experience at this USPS. Staff were amiable and patient, clearly welcoming to both new and old clientele alike. At other USPS locations, we have had negative experiences as our shipping is often quite complex, but the staff here were very patient and helpful with us. I would strongly recommend them and this location.”
“I recieved exceptional customer service from the representative Ranisha and the male manager on duty. Ranisha immediately greeted with a smile and helped me solve my package issue with a positive attitude. She was professional and knowledgeable. “The employees here are very nice and friendly. But the building is crap. One summer it got so hot in there because the AC units were broke for several months. I don’t know how they survived in that triple digit heat. Also, the front door that you enter. It is extremely heavy and difficult to get open. Multiple times it is banged back on me almost knocking me over. It’s too bad USPS doesn’t own their own buildings. Because in this case the landlord would be a slumlord.”

“The workers here are always amazing. My only issue is that online (Google) claims their Retail side is open until 2:30PM on Saturdays. This is incorrect. This location is only open until 1:00PM on Saturdays.”
“The ladies here are nice to me every time I come here to mail something! And i do mean every time! I see the comments about mail being delivered late from this post office. I work and live in Berkeley and the mail is not delivered out of this post office. So it's unfortunate that this post office gets a bad review for late mail and the mail don't even come from this post office.”

“These folks have been extremely helpful on several occasions when I needed to track down an international package. They have contacted sorting facilities, checked personally with mail carriers, and actually called me back when they said they would. People here have really gone out on a limb for me, which I never expected.”

“Richard, Pam, Marcus and others are fantastic. Sorry, but Im bad on names, would ment others if I could remember names.We have used this branch for our P.O. Box and local delivery for over 14 years. Although we have had major issues lately with an address change. These issues are due to the system over all.*** Richard just spent over 40 minutes on the phone trying to solve our forwarding mail issues.***Marcus has been a great local carrier and Pam is always very nice and helpful. Others have done a great job as well.The post office as a whole has had issues over the past 4 years, but these people have been outstanding. Give them a break when you see them, the job is NOT easy.I spent several years as a subcontractor for USPS, it's not easy keeping people happy. If you ship packages with FedX chances are you'll have problems compared to USPS. UPS is pretty good though, but not up to the quality of service as the USPS.Thank you for all your service!!! “Yesterday, I stopped by to mail a package, and I had the pleasure of meeting two of the sweetest, hardest-working women I've ever encountered. Just listening to them interact with customers was incredible. I truly wish more people were like them.
One was an older Black woman, and the other was a White woman. The older Black woman was especially kind and patient. She took her time with every single customer and didn't stop until they completely understood what they needed to do. No matter how many questions they asked or how long it took, she always reassured them that everything was okay and that she was happy to help.
I noticed that many of the customers were foreigners, and she patiently explained every step of the process, making sure they understood the right way to handle their mailing needs. Even when there were language barriers, she treated everyone with kindness, respect, and a genuine smile. I was amazed. She truly deserves a raise!
Both women showed so much compassion and professionalism. It's rare to see people care so deeply about helping complete strangers. Their patience, especially with customers who don't speak English fluently, was inspiring.
I'm from another country, so I'll probably never see them again, but I will never forget how kind they were. I thank God for people like them, and I sincerely wish them good health, happiness, success, and many blessings because they truly deserve it.
If you ever need to visit a UPS Store, I highly recommend this location. These two ladies will take great care of you, especially if you're a foreigner or need a little extra help. They go above and beyond for every customer while keeping a positive attitude and enjoying what they do.
I don't know their names, but to the older Black lady and the White lady who helped everyone yesterday; thank you. God bless you both, and keep being the wonderful people you are.
This UPS location is huge, with plenty of parking, and it's in a very safe area.

“People really dislike this office but I’ve found it incredibly helpful. The woman is kind and patient and always has a candy and smile for me. Yes she may be away from her desk when you walk in, but as the ONLY PERSON working there, of course she has other duties. People need to be patient and respectful if they expect others to do the same. Only thing I will note is they are not open Saturday so the hours on Google are incorrect.”

You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked.The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.”
“My boyfriend ordered a package on Amazon being delivered via USPS and he accidentally put an incorrect digit in the address. This address didn't exist and we were told we'd have to come pick it up. We both work until 5 so we had just given up and expected it to be returned to sender. Imagine our surprise when it showed up today, despite the error on the label. We love y'all!”

“The Associate who attended to me went above and beyond to help me get the best and cheapest mailing option to send a package to my nephew in the U.K. She explored different mailing methods and found that sending it as a Priority Mail - Flat Rate envelope was the best way to go. This proved to be much cheaper than sending it using my own box. She even gave me extra envelopes to take home for future use. I don't remember her name, but she is highly worthy of commendation!”
